RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Shoe Market gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 20 days of original purchase. Unworn, undamaged shoes must be sent in the box with all tags and receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Sale items are non refundable.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email email@example.com with the specific items and reasons for requesting the return. We will then issue you a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization from us, goods must be packed and securely sealed in their original packaging.

Shoes which are bought in store can be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of the purchase, unworn, in the original packaging and with the receipt. After 24 hours of purchase the item may be returned within 10 business days, in the original packaging and with the receipt of purchase for a store credit only.
Sale items are final sale and shoes which are bought without the box are final sale.
