Gulfport Slingbacks from Corso Como

Slingbacks are soooo in these days, or at least we tend to think they are because it seems slingback sandals will actually stay on your foot. Where many other shoe designs can get stretched out, lose shape, and all together lose their place on the foot. Have you noticed how many shoes actually just don’t seem to really stay on the foot lately? Seriously, not cool. But luckily we’ve found one that does. Corso Como’s “Gulfport” has a super duper padded footbed, it could be enough of a deal clincher, but take in the cute vintage-inspired twisted leather design and the added 3″ height, and you’ve found yourself one heck of a sandal to pair up with jeans and jean shorts this spring/summer. Made in Brazil (only the best leather!), the lil’ platform slingback (with added stitched detail) is completely worth the $175 price tag. How do you convey comfort in words with terms like “padded” and “footbed”? It’s hard, but what you need to understand is your doing your foot and back a favor in the long run, while the price can seem tough upfront. In the end, you’ll be looking back and still enjoyin’ the ever-lasting Brazilian qualities from the quality Corso Como brand.
