If I don’t love the shoes can I return them?

We want you to be happy with your shoes and will  gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be sent in the original box with all tags and receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.


In store customers have 7 days to return purchases.

Please allow 7-10 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement after processing.

 

Sale items are non refundable and not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes our BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF SALE, and all discounted merchandise on our website, as well as merchandise and orders purchased using a discount code.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Email customerservice@shoemarketnyc.com with your order number and contact information. We will issue you a return authorization. Once you receive the authorization from us, return the item in original packaging unworn and with all original tags.

A refund within 48 hours of receiving the return. Depending on your financial institution it may take several days for the refund to post.


How long will it take to get my order?

We ship all orders from our Brooklyn Store via UPS or USPS ground. All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed into our system. East coast ship time is typically 2-3 days, west coast 4-5 days. Please note, we ship Monday through Friday, and are closed for shipping Saturday and Sunday. If any other forms of shipping methods are required we need them specified at time of order placement. Additional fees will apply to overnight or express shipping.


Can I get free shipping?

Yes all orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping.


What is instore pick up?

Some local customers prefer to pick their order up in our store. Select in store pick up at check out. It will be ready for you to pick up with in 48 hours. You can pick up daily 11am-8pm.


The shoes I bought are now on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?


We strive to offer the best pricing on our products. If an item is purchased at full price and goes on sale within 7 days we can offer a price adjustment.   To receive an adjustment the item must be currently in stock on our website, and proof of purchase must be provided. We will issue a price adjustment in the form of a store credit for use in a future purchase.


I bought my shoes on sale? Can you get a price adjustment if the sale price decreases?


Please note discount codes cannot be combined and are not applicable to items that are already reduced in price.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internationally, shipping charges will be determined at check out.


Please note that all orders ship delivery duties unpaid (DDU). All Duties, Taxes and Customs will not be included in the item price or in our shipping cost at checkout.

The customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees upon delivery. Shoe Market is not responsible for shipping if you refuse your package from customs.
