Returns for Online Purchases
Shoe Market gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Unworn, undamaged shoes must be sent in the box with all tags and receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
Sale items and items purchased using promotional codes are non refundable and not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes our BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF SALE, and all SALE merchandise on our website.
Email us with the order number, date of purchase and reason for the return. Once you receive a return authorization from us, take the shoes to the parcel carrier of your choice and pay for the shipping. Shoe Market does not provide international shipping labels and any shipping costs are non- refundable. When we receive the shoes at our location we will process your refund in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
How do I make a return?
To return full price merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase, please email : email@example.com with the date of your purchase, your order number and best contact information. We will then issue you a return authorization. Once you receive the return authorization from us, goods must be packed and securely sealed in their original packaging unworn
and with all original tags.

Returns for In Store Purchases
Shoes purchased at Shoe Market can be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of the original purchase, as long as the shoes are unworn, in the original packaging and with the receipt. After 24 hours of purchase the item may be returned within 10 business days, in the original packaging and with the receipt of purchase for an exchange or store credit only.
SALE ITEMS, ITEMS SOLD WITHOUT THE BOX, OR USING PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS INCLUDING THE BUY ONE GET ONE HALF OFF SALE ARE FINAL SALE.
Sometimes manufacturers make mistakes and shoes have defects. If this happens, you have 2 months from date of purchase to return the shoes for exchange, full refund or store credit. Photos and descriptions of the defect must be emailed in advance or the shoes must be brought into the store with proof of purchase. After a manager has approved the return request you will be issued a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange or store credit.
Cannot Return Item?
Too big? Try an insole or heal pads to take up extra room. Too tight? Take them to a shoe repair and have them stretched. If you live in the NYC area and can bring the shoes to our store, we will stretch them overnight for you free of charge.
