RETURNS FOR IN STORE PURCHASES
FULL PRICED SHOES purchased at Shoe Market NYC can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. Shoes are unworn, in the original packaging and with the RECEIPT. The customer has 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange for size or receive a store credit.
All SALE items bought in store are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

Shoes must be in the original box or packaging and unworn.

We do not refund shipping charges.

A $10 restocking fee will be charged on all returns

Refunds will take up to 10 days to be processed, depending on your banking partner.

International Returns
At this time international orders are not eligible for returns.
Manufacturer Defects:
In the case of a manufacturing defect, you have 2 months from date of purchase to submit a request for exchange, repair, or refund. Photos and descriptions of the defect must be emailed in advance along with proof of purchase. Email:customerservice@shoemarketnyc.com
